Our normal supply chain is from the grower purchased through merchants on either an open market basis or from buyback contracts.

In recent years we have increased our buyback contract position, particularly on marrowfat peas. This enables us to have more flexibility and ultimately aiming to achieve the best results for all parties concerned. This includes a guarantee of supply forward so that we are able to offer greater continuity of supply to our customers.
